Blade Loki will perform at Centrum Kultury Krzywy Gryf in Szczecin, with a guest act. The band is known as an icon of the Wrocław underground, playing a melodic mix of punk rock and ska with a horn section and vocals by Dorota Karasińska.
The band formed in Wrocław in 1992. Three years later, the album “Młodzież olewa” earned them the “Debiut roku” (Debut of the Year) award. The albums “Blada płyta” and “Psy i koty” opened the way to Przystanek Woodstock, and the fourth album, “...no pasaran,” accelerated the band's career.
Blade Loki have released seven albums. The latest, “Nie Mów Nikomu,” was released on 6 April 2018 and recorded at the Poznań studio “Perlazza” under Przemek “Perła” Wejmann. Recently, the band has been presenting singles previewing a new album: “Tłuste Koty,” “Echo,” and “Elektroniczna Cywilizacja.”
