Stand-up Szczecinek | Rafał Rutkowski in “Wehikuł czasu”

“Wehikuł czasu” (“Time Machine”) is Rafał Rutkowski's fourth solo show. The comedian contrasts the present with the past and asks whether things were better before, whether artificial intelligence is an opportunity or a threat, and whether people have become smarter than their ancestors or whether stupidity is doing better than ever. He also recalls his childhood in the PRL: the Fiat 126p, queues for mustard, meat ration coupons, and parties during martial law. The show includes a trip “to the West,” a long-distance flirtation with his Swedish wife, a story about aerobatics, and one about contraception in Belarus.
