The film “Welcome to Hope” is set in a peaceful seaside town cut off from the world by deadly forest fires. The police receive numerous reports of unusual behavior from predatory animals that begin attacking people. Soon it becomes clear that this is only a prelude to something far worse.
People die in increasingly brutal circumstances, and Hope becomes the target of mysterious creatures that resemble neither humans nor animals. Two local police officers, who above all must survive, try to uncover where these beings come from, what they want, and whether the town is part of a larger plan.
