An Orthodox parish church set up in a house from 1912, with an iconostasis moved from the church in Międzyleś.
The Church of St George in Łobez is located on Wojska Polskiego Street in a building that was erected in 1912 as a dwelling house. The ground floor was converted into a church, and since 1948 the building has served the Orthodox parish. It belongs to the Szczecin deanery of the Diocese of Wrocław and Szczecin.
This is not a historic church but an ordinary house from the early 20th century. In 1948 the building was handed over to the Orthodox parish, and until 1951 the church was located on the first floor; today it is on the ground floor. In 1983 bars were fitted to the doors and windows. The iconostasis comes from the parish in Międzyleś, from a church pulled down in 1938. In October 2020 renovation work began in the church.
