A church from the second half of the 13th century of granite ashlar, with a Baroque tower and a Renaissance altar.
The church in Tetyń, a village in Kozielice municipality in Pyrzyce County, was built in the second half of the 13th century. It is a hall building of granite ashlar on a rectangular plan measuring 20.8 by 9.75 metres, entered in the heritage register.
On the west stands a tower of the same width as the nave, preserved in its original form only to a height of 3-4 metres. Around 1600 the church was rebuilt: the east gable was rebuilt with volutes, pinnacles and a small turret, and a sacristy with a decorative Renaissance gable was added on the south. In the 18th century the tower was raised with a clad structure with an openwork lantern and a Baroque helm. In the west wall a pointed-arch portal of three orders has survived.
The nave is covered with a wooden beam ceiling, and above the entrance there is a music gallery with an organ. In the porch stands a limestone font with 16 semicircular arcades, dated to the 13th century. In the chancel there is a Renaissance altar carved in wood. Two pewter candlesticks from 1644-1663 and two rows of 19th-century pews have also survived. After the war, on 3 May 1946, the church was consecrated as a Catholic one. In the vicinity lies Lake Sitno Wielkie.
