A Neo-Gothic former Evangelical church in Rzepowo, with a low tower and a bell of 1562 cast in Stargard.
The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Rzepowo is a Neo-Gothic former Evangelical church, today a filial church of the parish in Siemczyno. It stands in the village of Rzepowo in Czaplinek municipality, in Drawsko County.
The building is of brick. Wikipedia states that it was built in 1870, while the heritage register dates it to 1863. The tower is relatively low, quadrangular, covered with a spire flanked by four pinnacles. The five-sided chancel is decorated with two ridge turrets, and further pinnacles stand at the corners of the church.
A bell of 1562, made by the Stargard bell-founder Joachim Karsted, hangs in the tower, and so is older than the church itself. By the church is a disused 19th-century cemetery. In the area lies Drahim Castle in Stare Drawsko, about seven kilometres away.
