A former Evangelical church of 1756 in timber-frame construction, with a tower of wooden storeys and a bell of 1754.
The Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Brzeziny was built in 1756 as an Evangelical church. It is built in timber-frame construction, covered with a gabled roof, on a rectangular plan. The chancel is closed by a straight wall, and a porch was added to the south elevation.
On the west side a tower adjoins the church. Its lower part, with the entrance, is built in half-timbered masonry, and the upper storeys were built of wood and opened with small windows. It is covered with a hipped roof with a cross. A bell of 1754 hangs in the tower. In 1967 the rotten wooden elements of the structure of the body were replaced with brick ones, and no historic furnishings have survived inside.
The church was blessed as a Catholic one on 23 March 1946, and since 1985 it has been a parish church. Right next to it, about 200 m away, stands the palace in Brzeziny.
