A brick church from 1685 on Gothic foundations, with a wooden tower and an altar converted from an organ case.
The Church of St Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, stands in Trzebusz, a village in Trzebiatów municipality. It took its present form in 1685, on the foundations of a Gothic church from the 15th century.
It is a masonry church of stone and brick, a hall church on a rectangular plan, with a chancel closed on three sides. On the west side it has a wooden tower with an octagonal spire. In the 19th century the church was rebuilt: the windows and the chancel walls were rebuilt. The church is listed in the heritage register.
Above the nave is a wooden beamed ceiling, and above the entrance a choir gallery. The altar in the chancel was converted from a former organ case. The church contains a wooden font with a lid topped by a cross, and the rectangular windows have stained glass with Eucharistic symbols. It was consecrated as a Catholic church on 19 March 1950.
