A stone branch church in Steklno, destroyed in 1945 and rebuilt in 1994-1998, with stained glass of saints.
The Church of St Christopher in Steklno (Gryfino municipality, Gryfino County) was built of erratic boulders. According to the Wikipedia entry it was built in the early 16th century, and a tower was added at the end of that century. The heritage register dates it earlier, to the end of the 13th century. It belongs to the parish of St Padre Pio in Pniewo.
In 1945 the church was destroyed during the fighting. It was rebuilt in 1994-1998, so today it is a church in use. The interior is covered by a wooden ceiling, the chancel stands on a small raised level, and the windows hold stained glass with images of saints.
In the area stands the church in Pacholęta.
