Wapnica Marina

Wapnica Marina is a yacht harbour in Międzyzdroje municipality, located almost at the mouth of the Szczecin Lagoon into the sea, near the Świna Delta Islands (Wyspy Delty Wstecznej cieśniny Świny). The marina's website emphasises its setting among the nature of Wolin National Park.

The harbour

The marina, opened in 2013, is a rebuilt former harbour basin. It takes 52 vessels with a draught of up to 2.5 m; yachts up to 12 m long moor at a traditional quay, and smaller ones at floating jetties. There is a slipway, a harbour master's building and sanitary facilities. The harbour belongs to the West Pomeranian Sailing Trail, and on the Lagoon it is sometimes a venue for regattas.

About 900 m from the marina lies Turquoise Lake (Jezioro Turkusowe), and 2.4 km further the V3 Launch Sites. It is about 6 km to the promenade in Międzyzdroje.
