The ruins of a 13th-century Gothic church with a Neo-Gothic tower from 1896, entered in the heritage register.
The ruins of the Gothic church in Karwowo, in Kołbaskowo municipality near Szczecin, together with the churchyard around them, are entered in the heritage register. The church was built in the second half of the 13th century.
The church was a single-nave building on a rectangular plan measuring 12.7 by 6.5 m, built of granite ashlar. In 1896 it was rebuilt and a Neo-Gothic tower was added, square on the ground floor and octagonal higher up. The Gothic portal has survived; the east elevation and all the windows date from the 19th-century rebuilding. The furnishings, including a brass font from 1703, have not survived. In 1945 there was a German observation post in the tower and the building was damaged in the fighting in April. After the war it was not put to any use and fell into ruin.
