Ruins of a church from around 1600 founded by the von Wedel family, whose furnishings went to Odargowo.
The ruins of the church in Szadzko, a village in Dobrzany municipality in Stargard County, are what remains of a church built around 1600 of fieldstone and brick. After the Second World War the building fell into ruin, and the ruins were entered in the heritage register.
The church was founded by Joachim and Kordula von Wedel, who are buried in its crypt. It was a single-nave hall on a rectangular plan, rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the tower was added in 1784.
After the war part of the furnishings were saved. The altar and pulpit were moved to the church in Odargowo, so they can be seen in the Church of the Transfiguration in Odargowo. The chalice and censer went to the National Museum in Szczecin.
