Don Vasyl and Band – 55th Anniversary

The Centre for Culture and European Meetings in Białogard invites you to a jubilee concert, “Od Czardasza do Przeboju” (From Czardas to Hits), marking 55 years of Don Vasyl's career, on 20 February 2027 at 5:00 PM. The singer will be joined by his family band and dancers in lace Gypsy dresses. He will perform his biggest hits, “Jedno jest niebo dla wszystkich”, “Tańcz ze mną moje życie” and “Ja już wygrałem”, as well as songs from his new album. The artist's grandchildren will play violin, accordion and guitar, performing Gypsy party songs: “Ore, Ore”, “Zagraj mi piękny cyganie”, “My cyganie” and “Znałem cyganeczkę Zosię”. The band Don Vasyl and Roma was founded in 1987. Its core consists of musicians from the former group Roma, which performed at the UN headquarters in New York and at the Olympia in Paris. Later, Don Vasyl promoted young artists, including Dziani, Wasyl Junior, Elza, Patrycja, Carmen and Tobi, which is why the ensemble now performs as Don Vasyl and Cygańskie Gwiazdy (Gypsy Stars). Practical information: the concert lasts 90 minutes.
