The film “Our Revolution” tells the story of Jacek and Grażyna Kuroń, a married couple convinced that together they can change the world. He is lively and charismatic, she brave and full of warmth. They devote their lives to the fight for freedom, and their apartment becomes the “headquarters” of the opposition and a meeting place for people ready to risk everything for a better tomorrow.
Great ideals come at a price: moments of closeness alternate with years of separation, when prison bars divide them. The outbreak of martial law forces the couple to make difficult decisions, and the film asks whether love can triumph in such times.
