Soloists | Orchestra | Ballet

“Viennese Night” is a gala concert featuring the Grand Étoile Orchestra, soloists and Grand Étoile Ballet, inspired by European New Year's galas. The orchestra is a symphonic ensemble whose musicians perform in Vienna, Prague, Berlin, New York and other cities across Europe and North America, with a repertoire ranging from opera arias to Strauss waltzes. They are associated with, among others, the K&K Berliner Philharmoniker project.

The opera soloists come from the Opera Narodowa in Warsaw, the Teatr Wielki in Poznań, the Opera in Magdeburg and the Opera Lwowska, as well as from stages in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany and the United States. The program will also feature soloists from Grand Étoile Ballet.

Program:

• waltzes and polkas by Johann Strauss I and II
• operetta hits by Lehár, Kálmán and Offenbach
• excerpts from works by Mozart, Puccini and Bizet
• arias, duets and vocal ensembles performed by international soloists
• solo and duet ballet miniatures inspired by the aesthetics of the Viennese court
• a finale with all artists
