Branch church in Bolewice from the 15th century, rebuilt in the 19th century, with an altar of 1676 and wall paintings of 1922-1928.
The Church of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Bolewice, a branch of the parish in Pełczyce, was built in the 15th century as an oriented single-room hall on a rectangular plan. The oldest part is of stone ashlar. In the 19th century the church was thoroughly rebuilt and raised in brick, from which a frieze, new gables and a square tower on the west side were made.
A painting covers the wooden beamed ceiling, and an arcaded frieze runs round the walls. The chancel is decorated with wall paintings of 1922-1928. The altar of 1676 was originally a pulpit altar, and today it holds a picture of Our Lady of Częstochowa. A relief of an Evangelist from the second half of the 16th century has also survived. After the war the church was consecrated on 25 August 1946.
