A late 17th-century half-timbered church with a brick Neo-Gothic façade and a bell from 1680.
The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Strzelczyn was built at the end of the 17th century as a single-nave half-timbered building. It is a branch of the parish of St Anthony of Padua in Grzybno, in Chojna municipality.
The church stands on a rectangular plan, with a chancel closed by a straight wall and a gable roof over the nave. In the 18th and 19th centuries it was rebuilt: the east elevation received an ornate Neo-Gothic brick façade, with a stepped gable and a tower topped by a roof turret under a sheet-metal roof with a cross. A bell from 1680, moved from the church in Swobnica, hangs in the tower.
The church was blessed as a Catholic church on 3 May 1946. In 1979 the whole nave was pulled down and built anew, leaving only the west façade with the tower from the original structure.
In Chojna, about 8 km away, stands the St Mary's Church in Chojna.
