A Gothic branch church from the late 15th century in Biała, with a Mannerist pulpit and font from the 16th century.
The Church of Our Lady of Sorrows in Biała is a Gothic building from the late 15th century, a branch church of the parish of St Anne in Długie. It stands in the village in Dobrzany municipality and is listed in the heritage register.
The walls were built of erratic boulders and brick on a rectangular plan. In the 19th century the church was extended seven metres to the west, and the windows were rebuilt in brick in a pointed-arch shape. The original form is preserved by the portal in the south wall, and the brick east gable is decorated with blind arcading and pinnacles.
Next to the church stands a free-standing bell tower with a bell from 1925, and a monument to those killed in the First World War. Inside, a pulpit and font from the 16th century in Mannerist style have survived. After 1945 the church fell into dereliction, and after renovation it was consecrated as a Catholic one on 6 June 1954.
In the area lies the parish church of St Anne in Długie, to which this branch church belongs.
