A 15th-century church on a hill in Sierakowo Sławieńskie, rebuilt in the 17th century.
The historic church in Sierakowo Sławieńskie stands on a hill in the centre of the village in Sianów municipality. It was built in the 15th century and rebuilt in the second half of the 17th century. On one of the boulders in its walls the outline of an animal is engraved.
The single-nave, oriented church has a rectangular plan and consists of a nave with a chancel and a tower, and on the north a sacristy adjoins. The whole is supported by buttresses and reinforced with boulders. One of them shows the outline of an animal, probably a dog. Art historians have not yet established its date. There used to be a cemetery around the church, which no longer exists.
The furnishings are modest: a Renaissance altar with a post-war painting of the Virgin Mary, a wooden gallery, a box confessional, a Neoclassical chandelier hanging on a chain and a bell of 1805 from the foundry of J. M. Meyer of Szczecin. In the area lies the manor park in Ratajki.
