A Neo-Gothic red-brick church with an apse with a rib vault, on the site of a 15th-century church.
The Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Karnice is a Neo-Gothic red-brick church, built on the site of an earlier church from the 15th century. It belongs to the parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Łobez. Karnice in Radowo Małe municipality is a different village from Karnice in Gryfice County, where the Church of St Stanislaus Kostka stands.
The building is towerless, on a rectangular plan, and the nave is supported by buttresses. A bell turret is set into the front façade. On the east side the church ends in a five-sided apse with a rib vault. The windows and the main portal have pointed arches, while the portal in the side wall has a round arch.
The interior is covered by a raised wooden ceiling. A 19th-century choir gallery with an organ case has survived. After the Second World War the church was consecrated as a Catholic church on 16 June 1946.
