Branch church in Kunowo from the 15th century, with a tower with blind arches, a 15th-century sacrarium niche and a pulpit of 1714.
The Church of Our Lady, Queen of Poland in Kunowo was built in the 15th century. It is a building of fieldstone and brick, on a rectangular plan. The gable of the east wall is decorated with blind arches, that is shallow recesses in the wall.
On the west side adjoins a stone tower on a square plan, decorated with pointed blind arches, with a portal at its base and a pointed helmet above a four-sided drum. In the 18th century the church was rebuilt: the windows were widened and three small porches were added on the north side. It was blessed as a Catholic church on 15 August 1945.
A baroque altar with a scene of the Crucifixion and a pulpit with a canopy of 1714 have survived. In the east wall is a sacrarium in the form of a niche with an iron grille and a small 15th-century oak door. On its inner side is an image of the Man of Sorrows painted in tempera. Three gravestones of 1584, 1737 and 1754 are set in the chancel floor.
Kunowo lies a few kilometres from Lake Miedwie.
