Brick Neoclassical church from 1842, formerly Protestant, next to the palace of the Borcke and Rostock families.
The Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Rzesznikowo is a Neoclassical church from 1842, formerly Protestant and now a Roman Catholic filial church. It is built of brick and was entered in the heritage register in 1966. Rzesznikowo lies in Rymań municipality, on voivodeship road no. 112.
In the 13th century most of the village was a fief of the von Osten family, who were co-owners of Rzesznikowo for more than 500 years. The smaller part belonged to the Manteuffel family. From 1837 the estate was held by the Borcke family, and from 1905 to 1945 by the Rostock family.
Right next to the church, about 100 m away, stands the palace in Rzesznikowo from around 1850, single-storey, with a two-storey projecting bay at the front and a cartouche with the Borcke family coat of arms. The palace park from the second half of the 19th century, also entered in the register, extends around it.
About 2.6 km further on, in Rymań, stands the palace in Rymań.
