Branch church in Wyszogóra from the 15th century, rebuilt with brick in the 19th century, with a tower with a pavilion roof.
The Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Wyszogóra, a branch of the parish in Żabowo, was built in the 15th century of stone on a rectangular plan. In the second half of the 19th century it was rebuilt using brick, and the walls were covered with roughcast plaster.
The tower, partly set into the body of the church, widens towards the bottom and has a round window in its upper storey and small pointed-arch windows in the gable. It is covered with a pavilion roof. The interior with a beamed ceiling is plastered and white, with a choir gallery with an organ case. The furnishings are entirely modern. After the war the church was consecrated as a Catholic church in 1946.
