A Gothic filial church from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries in Smogolice, rebuilt in 1873, with a tower added in 1889.
The Church of Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles in Smogolice, in Stargard municipality, was built at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries of fieldstone and brick. It is a filial church of the parish in Poczernin.
The Gothic hall building stands on a rectangular plan, has a three-sided gable on the west and pointed-arch windows in the nave. In 1873 the church was rebuilt and the original forms were obscured. In 1889 a tower with blind niches and window openings was added, with an entrance portal on the ground floor and a pyramidal sheet-metal spire.
The ceiling is wooden, raised, with beams. Above the entrance a 19th-century wooden choir gallery has survived. The church was consecrated as a Catholic one on 7 December 1977.
