A Gothic brick and stone church in Sądów, built from the late 14th to the early 16th century, with a tower with pinnacles.
The church in Sądów, a village in Dolice municipality, was built in stages from the end of the 14th to the beginning of the 16th century. It is a Gothic church of brick and stone, today a filial church of the parish in Dolice.
The church stands on a rectangular plan and is plastered, while the windows, portals and blind arches are of brick. The east gable is decorated with four pointed blind arches and recesses, arranged in the shape of a cross. A four-sided tower with blind arches and six pinnacles on its edges adjoins the west end and is covered with a gabled roof. The dating given in the heritage register (early 16th century) indicates the final phase of construction.
In 1858 the church was renovated. The windows were probably rebuilt and buttresses added by the tower at that time. The sacristy was added in 1986. After 1945 the building fell into disrepair, and the parish priest from Dolice undertook efforts to have it repaired after 1953. After the renovation the church was consecrated on 16 May 1980. The flat wooden ceiling is modern, from 1976. Next to the church stands a monument to those killed in the First World War.
