A brick Neo-Gothic filial church of 1925, with a tower under a tall spire and patron's stalls.
The Church of St Anthony of Padua in Otanów, a village in Myślibórz municipality, was built in 1925 on the site of an earlier church. The heritage register describes its style as Neo-Gothic.
The brick building stands on a rectangular plan and is closed on the east by a five-sided apse. On the west a three-storey tower on a quadrangular plan adjoins it, covered with a tall spire. The windows have pointed tops.
On the west wall is a choir gallery with an organ case. In the chancel stands an altar, originally a pulpit altar, decorated with columns with an entablature and sculptures of angels, with a figure of St Anthony set in it in modern times. The altar is flanked by patron's stalls, and at the side stands a dismantled pulpit. Pews from the early 20th century have survived. After the Second World War the church was blessed as a Catholic one, on 28 April 1957.
