The Church of St John the Baptist in Sarbia, in Kołobrzeg municipality, is a late Gothic parish church from the 16th century, entered in the heritage register. Around it a patronal festival is held on the Nativity of St John the Baptist, 24 June.
The building is made of brick and stone on the plan of a Latin cross. It has three naves and a chancel closed on five sides. In 1885 a tower and a side chapel were added, and a sacristy was added in 1960.
Among the oldest elements are a Gothic granite font from the 14th century and a Gothic crucifix from the second half of the 15th century. The figures of the Virgin Mary and St John from the Crucifixion group in the chancel arch date from the same time. The church also has a figure of St Mary Magdalene from the 16th century and four pewter candlesticks from 1661.
Within a radius of a few kilometres lie other churches of the coastal villages, among them the Church of Christ the King in Gosław.
