The Church of St John the Baptist in Zaborsko is a Baroque brick church built in 1721 and entered in the heritage register. It stands in the village of Zaborsko in Warnice municipality, in Pyrzyce County, and belongs to the parish in Stary Przylep.
The building is on a rectangular plan, with a gabled roof over the nave. A tower on a square plan adjoins the church, decorated with segmental-arch blind niches and topped with a spire with an openwork lantern. The east gable is decorated with pilaster strips and blind niches, the windows are closed by segmental arches, and the portals are plain. The church was rebuilt at the turn of the 20th century.
The interior is covered with a wooden ceiling with polychromy showing scenes from the life of Christ. Above the entrance is a choir gallery on pillars, and a Baroque altar has survived in the chancel. The church was consecrated as a Catholic church in 1946. In neighbouring Lubiatowo, about two kilometres away, stands the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
