A granite parish church from the first half of the 14th century, mentioned in 1335, with a Late Gothic and Baroque triptych of 1604.
The Church of St Joseph the Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Warnice, in Myślibórz County, was built in the first half of the 14th century as a hall church of granite ashlar, still without a tower. It is a parish church.
It was first mentioned in 1335, when the Margrave of Brandenburg Louis V the Elder granted the collegiate church in Myślibórz the patronage of the churches in Lipiany, Strzelce Krajeńskie, Dobiegniew and Warnice. In 1858 a brick apse, a porch, a west gable wall and a tower on a quadrangular plan were added. It was blessed as a Catholic church on 19 March 1946.
The church is orientated, built of granite ashlar (plastered except for one wall), with a brick apse on the east and a porch on the south. The two-part tower ends in an octagonal section under a pyramidal spire, and the hall interior is covered with a beam ceiling.
The most valuable item is a polychrome triptych of 1604. It has Late Gothic sculptures of the twelve apostles from the 15th century in the side wings and Baroque scenes of the Crucifixion from the early 18th century in the central part, and at the top a copy of Titian's painting “The Tribute Money”. On the reverse of the wings are five paintings from the 16th century. There are also an organ gallery, a patron's gallery above the porch and two candelabra of 1858. A bell cast in Szczecin in 1781 by J. H. Scheels hangs in the tower.
