A stone branch church from the 15th or 16th century, rebuilt in 1712, with a tower with an octagonal spire and a neo-Gothic porch.
The Church of St Lawrence in Kamienny Jaz, in Chojna municipality, is a branch church of the parish of St Anthony of Padua in Grzybno. It is entered in the heritage register, and the sources date the building differently: Wikipedia gives the 15th century, and the heritage register the middle of the 16th century.
The church was built of fieldstone and granite ashlar on a rectangular plan, under a gable roof with tiles. In 1712 it was rebuilt. In the west part of the body stands a square, plastered bell tower set into the body, with small windows and an octagonal spire topped by a ball with a cross. On the west side adjoins a neo-Gothic porch added in the 19th century.
The walls and ceiling inside are plastered, and the chancel is closed by a straight wall. In the rear part of the church stands a 19th-century wooden music gallery with a coloured balustrade. After the war the church was consecrated as a Catholic one on 30 March 1947.
