Neo-Gothic branch church of 1871 in Potuliniec, with a tower topped with gablets and neo-Gothic furnishings.
The Church of St Michael the Archangel in Potuliniec, in Płoty municipality, was built in 1871. It is a branch of the parish in Żabowo.
The building of granite ashlar, in the neo-Gothic style, has a single nave on a rectangular plan, with a chancel closed on three sides. On the west side stands a three-storey tower, whose second and third storeys are built of brick, topped with four gablets and an octagonal sheet-metal spire. The nave and tower are supported by buttresses, and the portal, window profiles and cornice are of brick.
The interior has a rib vault, and stained glass is set into the two-part windows with simple tracery. Above the entrance there is a gallery with an organ case. 19th-century furnishings have survived: a neo-Gothic altar, pulpit and pews. The church was consecrated as a Catholic church in 1947. Nearby stands the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary in Żabowo.
