A Neo-Gothic parish church of 1927 with a tower added in 1983, in Świdwin.
The Church of St Michael the Archangel in Świdwin is a Neo-Gothic parish church of 1927, in which two eras can still be seen today: the body from the 1920s and the tower from the 1980s.
The church was built in the Neo-Gothic style in 1927 and blessed on 24 December 1945. In 1975 the bishop of Koszalin-Kołobrzeg established a rectorate at the church covering part of the town and several villages, and in 1981 the church became an independent parish church.
The tower was added only in 1983, to a design by the Koszalin architect Jerzy Bindulski. It houses a sacristy, three catechism rooms, a staircase and a bell tower. It is crowned with a metal cross 7.5 metres high, clad in copper sheet.
In the area also stand the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Świdwin Castle.
