The church in Mielno Pyrzyckie, a branch of the parish in Kozielice, stands on the site of a medieval church. It is oriented, on a rectangular plan, with a three-sided apse at the east end and a square tower with a clock on the west side.

Three bells hang in the tower, two of them of Gothic origin: one with the inscription O REX GLORIE VENI CUM PACE, the other with the inscription ANNO DOMINI 1568, cast in the workshop of Marten Dames. Inside, under a blue wooden ceiling, a bronze candelabrum for 12 candles of 1781 and a chalice of 1697 have survived.
