A Neo-Romanesque filial church from 1863 of stone and brick, with 18th-century pews and a 19th-century pulpit on twisted small columns.
The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Godowo was built in 1863 of stone and brick in the Neo-Romanesque style. It is a filial church of the parish of St Anne in Długołęka, in Maszewo municipality.
The building stands on a rectangular plan, with a chancel closed on three sides to the east. The windows in the side walls have round-arched heads. By the west part of the nave rises a four-storey tower on a square plan, covered with a saddle roof.
The interior is covered by a flat beamed ceiling. On the west wall there is a choir gallery with an organ case, and in the chancel arch a crucifix. 18th-century pews and a 19th-century pulpit supported on three twisted small columns have survived.
The church was consecrated as Catholic on 18 October 1945. Until 1985 it belonged to the parish of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Maszewo.
