A Gothic parish church from the 14th century with an octagonal burial chapel, rebuilt from a ruin in 1981-1983.
The church in Osina, the seat of a municipality in Goleniów County, was built in the 14th century and rebuilt in the 19th century. The heritage register describes its style as Gothic. It is a parish church under the dedication of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the Maszewo deanery.
The original body was built of stone, and later elements of brick. The church consists of a rectangular nave under a gable roof, to which a porch was added, and an octagonal burial chapel connected to the nave by a link and covered with a small dome. The side walls have pointed-arch windows, two on one side and three on the other, and the west gable is decorated with an oculus with a rose window. The windows and both gables were rebuilt in the 19th century, and the whole was plastered on the outside.
During the Second World War the church was destroyed. It was rebuilt from a ruin in 1981-1983, and the consecration took place on 23 October 1983. Inside, over the nave there is a high wooden ceiling, on the west wall a choir gallery with a balustrade of turned balusters, and in the chancel hang paintings of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Holy Family and Merciful Jesus. Beside the church stands a free-standing wooden timber-frame belfry, covered with a small hipped roof.
