A stone branch church from the 13th or 14th century in Gozdowice, with a tower from 1904 and wall paintings by Michał Lipko.
The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Gozdowice was built in the 13th or 14th century of fieldstone. Today it is a branch church of the parish of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Czelin, in Mieszkowice municipality. The heritage register gives the 15th century.
Around 1540 the church became Evangelical. In 1730 it was thoroughly renovated and a Baroque pulpit altar was endowed, topped with an eagle bearing the Maltese cross, the emblem of the Knights Hospitaller. In 1840 a wider part was added on the east side, and in 1904 a brick tower 25 metres high was added on the west side, with a clock with four faces and three bells from 1905. Today the smallest of them remains in the tower.
Catholics consecrated the church on 25 May 1947. In the 1960s the painter Michał Lipko made three wall paintings in it, two of which decorate the side walls of the chancel. Next to it stands the gravestone of the bailiff Friedrich Falckenberg from 1812.
Nearby is a monument to sappers.
