The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Mołdawin is an 18th-century church of stone and brick, a branch of the parish in Radowo Wielkie. Its interior has a surviving 18th-century pulpit altar and an organ from 1908.
The church stands on a rectangular plan, and the nave is covered with a gable roof. The tower is set into the body and covered with a Baroque spire, and the windows are closed with a semicircular arch. The interior is covered with a wooden barrel ceiling. Above the entrance, an organ gallery rests on two posts, and the organ was built in 1908 by the Szczecin firm Grüneberg.
In the chancel, separated by a balustrade, stands a wooden pulpit altar from the 18th century, decorated with acanthus ornament. A figure of the Virgin was placed where the pulpit basket would be. A 17th-century font and two 18th-century candlesticks have also survived. The church was consecrated as a Catholic church on 13 June 1946.
