A filial church of 1845 in Gudzisz, of stone and brick, with polychromy on the chancel arch.
The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Gudzisz is a small church of 1845, built of fieldstone and red brick. It is a filial church of the parish in Sarbinowo, in Boleszkowice municipality.
The church was built in 1845 on the site of an earlier church. It has a rectangular plan, no tower, and ends on the east in a five-sided apse. On the north side a sacristy adjoins the nave. The portal in the west façade and the windows have a stepped form with pointed arches. The brick gables are stepped, and the west one is decorated with blind niches arranged in a pyramid.
Above the entrance is a choir gallery lit by three small pointed-arch windows. The ceiling is of wooden beams, and the chancel arch separating the nave from the chancel is covered with polychromy. Pews from the early 20th century and one stained-glass window from the end of the 19th century have survived. It was blessed as a Catholic church on 8 February 1948.
Nearest, less than two kilometres away, stands the Church of St Stanislaus Kostka in Chwarszczany.
