A Gothic granite church from the 13th century with a Baroque half-timbered tower and an altar from the early 18th century.
The Church of Christ the King in Rosnowo is one of the oldest buildings in Trzcińsko-Zdrój municipality. It was built in the second half of the 13th century as a hall church on a rectangular plan measuring 23 by 11 m, constructed of granite ashlar. Today it is a filial church of the parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Trzcińsko-Zdrój.
In the west wall there is an entrance portal with two stepped reveals. Two other portals, in the south and north walls, have been walled up. On the east side two widened windows can be seen, and a trace of a walled-up narrow window between them. In 1716 a Baroque half-timbered tower was added over the nave, and in 1897 a sacristy was added to the south wall.
The interior is covered by a wooden ceiling, and above the entrance runs a wooden choir gallery on posts. A Baroque altar from the early 18th century has survived, decorated with columns, gilded plant ornament and figures of angels, as well as a Neo-Gothic font from 1897.
After the Second World War the church was devastated. After rebuilding it was consecrated as a Catholic church on 21 November 1965. Around it stands the former cemetery with a stone wall and a Neo-Gothic gate with the inscription “Christus ist mein Leben”.
