A filial church in Głodowa, entered in the heritage register, with Gothic origins according to the register.
The Church of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Głodowa is a filial church entered in the heritage register, whose dating is given in different ways.
The heritage register describes the church as Gothic, brick, from the 15th century. The Wikipedia entry says otherwise: the chapel in the church was built in the 17th century in the Baroque and Neo-Romanesque style, and the main nave dates from the second half of the 19th century, when it was added. Yet another listing gives the year 1700.
The church belongs to the parish of Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles in the Bobolice deanery. The patronal feast is held on 26 August, on the feast of Our Lady of Częstochowa. It is more than 4 km from here to Bobolice, with the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
