A Gothic church from the 15th century, destroyed during the war and rebuilt in 1978; the altar panel from around 1400 is in Szczecin.
The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Redło is a Gothic church from the 15th century, a filial church of the parish of St Anne in Długołęka. The register gives the date 1490. It was built of stone on a rectangular plan, and the gable of the east wall, built of brick, is decorated with blind arcades.
The nave is covered by a gable roof. The portal and windows were rebuilt in the 19th century. A wooden tower, which has not survived, formerly adjoined it on the west side, and by the north wall stands a modern sacristy. The interior has a wooden beamed ceiling, and the furnishings are entirely modern.
The church was destroyed during the military operations of the Second World War. After rebuilding it was blessed on 18 December 1978. It first belonged to the parish in Jenikowo, and from 1985 to the parish in Długołęka. This church is the source of the relief altar panel “Nativity” from around 1400, made of lime wood, which is today shown by the National Museum in Szczecin.
