A lake in the southern part of Ińsko Landscape Park, next to the Krzemieńskie Źródliska nature reserve.
Lake Krzemień lies in the southern part of Ińsko Landscape Park, in Dobrzany municipality, about 4 km east of Dobrzany and 5 km south of Ińsko. According to municipal data it covers 233.35 ha and is up to 29.2 m deep.
The shoreline is mostly straight and the banks are high, covered with beech forest on the north side. The Ina River flows into the lake from the north-east, in a narrow, stony channel with fast-flowing water. The lake is used by scuba divers.
Since 2007 a group of springs, Lake Chotom and the forest above Krzemień have formed the Krzemieńskie Źródliska inanimate nature reserve. The green Terminal Moraine Hills Trail (Szlak Wzniesieniami Moreny Czołowej) runs through it from Dobrzany via Ińsko to Cieszyno. In the village of Krzemień, on the southern shore, grows a lime tree more than 400 years old, a natural monument.
