St Anthony's Church in Karsko is a stone church from the second half of the 13th century, listed in the heritage register. It is a filial church of the parish in Nowogródek Pomorski.
In the late 19th century the church was rebuilt in the Neo-Gothic style. The walls of the body, the porch and the four-storey tower were built of granite stones, while the upper storey of the tower and the reveals of the portals and windows are of brick. The tower is covered by a polygonal spire roof topped with a cross, and the east gable has three pointed-arch windows.
The interior is covered by a wooden beamed ceiling. Above the entrance is a 19th-century wooden choir gallery, and the altar with polychrome decoration dates from the 18th century. A Neo-Gothic cast-iron font has also survived. As a Catholic church it was consecrated on 26 May 1947.
The parish Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Nowogródek Pomorski is about 6 km away.
