Gothic hospital chapel from the second half of the 15th century in Myślibórz, now an art studio.
St Gertrude's Chapel stands on Lipowa Street in Myślibórz. It is a small, oriented Gothic chapel from the second half of the 15th century, entered in the heritage register; the register dates it to 1470. It was built of brick on a stone plinth, and the walls are reinforced with buttresses.
The portal is pointed-arched, set in the middle of the gable wall, and inside the rib vaults rest on corbels. The chapel belonged to St Gertrude's hospital and had an altar with a figure of the patron saint, restored in 1775-1776, 1853-1858 and in 1912. It underwent a thorough renovation in 1912-1913. In 1933 the coffins of two Lithuanian pilots who died in an air crash near Pszczelnik were laid out in it; the event is commemorated by a monument in front of the chapel. The furnishings were lost during the war or just after it.
