A forest reserve on an island in the eastern part of Lake Ińsko, open to visitors, with beech and oak woodland and erratic boulders.
The Wyspa Sołtyski nature reserve is a forest reserve covering 22.71 ha, established on 12 September 1994 on an island in the eastern part of Lake Ińsko, the deepest lake of the Ińsko Lakeland. It lies within the Ińsko Landscape Park and two Natura 2000 sites.
Protection covers the old-growth stands and dead wood of acidophilous beech forest, oak-hornbeam forest and acidophilous oak forest. Also protected are rare fungi, among them the bear's head tooth and the beech tooth, plants such as the white water lily, and animals including the sedge warbler, the gadwall and the common frog. Numerous erratic boulders lie on the island, and along the shore of the lake, already beyond the island, grow underwater stonewort meadows.
