Theatre Performance

“Recipe for Happiness” was written, composed, scripted and directed by Aleksandra Nieśpielak, and the show is produced by O La La Teatr. It will be performed at Kino Wolność (SAPIK) in Szczecinek on June 10, 2027, at 5:00 p.m.

This is a musical romantic comedy with live music, combining comedy and concert. The story begins in the medical office of Doctor Kazimierz, whose patients see him as a confidant. He treats both body and soul, and he cares deeply about his patients. They include:

• Kasia, young and looking for love, at the start of adult life in a big city,
• Kleo, a middle-aged woman abandoned by her husband,
• Gina, a senior who cannot bear loneliness, a member of the “Adult Singles” club and “Girl of the Year.”

A mysterious village resident, a country man who values nature, also visits him. When the characters meet, a storm breaks out in the office and sets them on the road to an unexpected finale. The subtitle refers to the history of Polish humor. The evening is filled with funny mix-ups, live songs and dancing, and the whole show runs for almost 2 hours.
