Oder cycle route, planned at about 275 km in the region from Świnoujście through Szczecin to Kostrzyn, with the Gryfino - Trzcińsko-Zdrój section ready.
Blue Velo, that is the Oder Cycle Route, is a partly existing cycle route along the Oder, intended to be about 750-1000 km long and to run through five voivodeships: Silesian, Opole, Lower Silesian, Lubusz and West Pomeranian. In our region the route bears number 3 and is managed by the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
It is planned to be about 275 km long and to link Świnoujście, through Szczecin, with Kostrzyn nad Odrą. The Gryfino - Trzcińsko-Zdrój section (44.1 km), opened in 2018, is ready; along part of its course it uses the former Pyrzyce - Gryfino and Chwarstnica - Swobnica railway lines. There is also a short section, Dargomyśl - Chwarszczany (2.4 km). Sections on flood embankments are also being built, among others along the Ina and Lake Dąbie.
In Gryfino, where the ready section begins, you can see the drawbridge.
