Gothic brick branch Church of Christ the King in Pieńkowo with a tower, entered in the heritage register in 1965.
The branch Church of Christ the King in Pieńkowo, a village in Postomino municipality in Sławno County, is a Gothic brick building. The heritage register lists it as a church tower of the 16th century, while the Wikipedia entry on the village says that the church dates from the 15th century and has a tower covered with a gable roof.
According to the heritage register the building is brick and Gothic, and the entry dates from 1965 (no. 535 of 1965, re-entered as A-1981 in 2020). The Wikipedia entry adds that an altar of the 18th century stands in the nave. The dates differ by one century, so the age of the church is given as in both sources.
Pieńkowo lies on voivodeship road no. 203. About 1 km from the church stands the palace of the von Wittenau family of 1905, in a landscape park.
