Half-timbered Protestant church of the 17th century, now a Roman Catholic branch church, entered in the heritage register in 1961.
The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Laski Wałeckie is a former Protestant church, today a Roman Catholic branch church. It is half-timbered and dates from the second half of the 17th century, while the heritage register gives a dating to the 17th-18th century. The building was entered in the heritage register in 1961.
Half-timbering, that is a construction of a wooden frame filled with brick or clay, is a traditional technique of timber-and-brick building. Laski Wałeckie belongs to Wałcz municipality. The village has a medieval origin, and from the First Partition of Poland in 1772 it belonged to Prussia.
Within a few kilometres lies the Bison Show Reserve, so the church can be seen on a trip around the Wałcz area.
