Architecture

The Wikipedia entry dates the church to the second half of the 14th century, the heritage register to the 15th century. It is a hall building on the plan of an elongated rectangle, with a gabled roof and corners decorated with pinnacles. The east elevation is crowned by a gable with pointed blind arcades arranged in a pyramid. In the north wall is a stepped pointed portal, and a second, western one has been walled up. In the 19th century a wooden tower with a pavilion roof was added.

Interior

A flat wooden ceiling covers the interior, and at the back stands a wooden choir gallery on posts. The 19th-century pews have survived, while the rest of the furnishings were replaced during renovation in 1989-1990. The church was consecrated as a Catholic one on 20 January 1946.
